Commonly used auxiliaries
Defoamer: Eliminate or inhibit ink bubbles, recommended dosage: 0.1-0.5%.
Slow-drying agent: reduce the dryness of ink, prevent ink crust, lead to slagging and poor transfer, recommended dosage: 1-3%.
Quick drying agent: to improve the dryness of ink, prevent printing hanging, dirty back, etc., recommended dosage of 2-3%.
Stabilizer: Replenish the amine lost during the recycling of ink, make the PH value of ink stable in a certain range, avoid thickening, caking, printing color too deep, etc. Suggested usage: 0.5-2%.
Leveling agent: to improve the leveling of printing products, reduce the surface tension of ink, enhance the affinity of ink to the substrate, eliminate shrinkage caused by other reasons, leakage point, rib lines and other undesirable phenomena, recommended dosage: 0.5-2%.
Thickener: Increase ink viscosity and ink imprinting thickness. Suggested dosage: 0.5-3%.
Transfer agent: to improve ink transfer effect, to solve the phenomenon of bottom leakage, the recommended dosage: 0.3-1%.
Antiwear agent: YK221 wax emulsion and imported wax emulsion.
